It applies to all employees, directors, contractors, and third parties under our operational control, and sets clear expectations for conduct, decision-making, and performance.

Questions can be directed to line management or the policy owner, and anyone may raise concerns through our established speak-up channels without fear of retaliation.

We set measurable objectives, monitor results, and learn from audits, reviews, and operational feedback so that controls remain practical, effective, and proportionate to risk.
